Jesus Hayek was the head of the Red Devil terrorist organization.
Biography[]
Hayek and Red Devil detained Anthony Stark as he went to sell arms to Hayek's enemies, the Guatemalan government. He demanded Stark give him weapons, and killed Morgan Stark when he refused to do so. He was defeated when Stark created the repulser rays, the basis for Iron Man technology.

Hayek was a cold man, willing to kill and get what was necessary.
