Maxwell Dillon or Electro was a supervillian working for Wilson Fisk.
Biography[]
Justin Hammer developed Dillon into Electro and sold him to Fisk and was called in when Peter Parker arrived in Fisk's office as Spider-Man. Dillon electrocuted Peter into unconsciousness and Fisk had his associates unmask him and throw him out the window. Dillon saw Frederick Foswell get killed by Fisk, and later talked to Fisk about how he was sure Spider-Man would not bother them again. When the lights went off in the tower, Dillon went with the Enforcers to fight Peter. In the fight, Peter got Dillon to electrocute Bruno Sanchez, and engaged in a standoff with him. Dillon promised Peter he would kill everybody close to him, so Peter threw him into electric pillars, shocking Dillon into unconsciousness.

Dillon is a extremely corrupt man, and freely kills.
