Red Devil was a terrorist organization.
History[]
Jesus Hayek led the Red Devil organization in attacking the Guatemala government. When Anthony Stark arrived to sell weapons to Guatemala, Hayek imprisoned him and his flight. He killed Morgan Stark to force Stark to make weapons, but Stark created a weapon he used against them. Stark and the passengers escaped, and Red Devil soon fell into obscurity and irrelevance.
