Biography[]
Shang-Chi left behind his father, criminal lord Fu Manchu, to live a simple life. He lived with an old man at a Chinatown fish market, and stood up to the local gangs. He helped Leiko Wu get her bags back from three thugs, and in retaliation was held by a larger group and beat. As they went to pop his knee, he broke free of the grip and defeated all of them, and saw Spider-Man above him. That night, the old man told him to leave as he had been found by Fu Manchu, and a massive group attacked him. Shang-Chi held his own until Spider-Man returned and trapped the entire group in webbing and asked for a martial arts lesson. Showing him how to block a punch, Shang-Chi bowed and left.
Abilities and Traits[]
Very honorable, Shang-Chi never brags about himself and is always humble. He has complete mastery over every martial arts technique known to man, including ones forgotten for hundreds of years.
