Summary[]
Bruce Banner and new director of S.H.I.E.L.D. Nick Fury have lunch near where Banner fought Spider-Man. Fury tells Banner that the government has approved a new budget for continuing work on replicating the Super-Soldier serum that produced Steve Rogers in World War II. Banner accepts, but Fury tells him that after the Hulk incident, he is now the number two doctor. At the old S.H.I.E.L.D. lab in Pittsburg, Henry Pym shows his wife Janet van Dyne ant technology he is working on. They discuss Anthony Stark joining the superhero initiative they are working on. Stark tests a new Iron Man suit and meets with Fury, explaining to Fury that he wants to make more of a difference than making money. Van Dyne picks up Banner to show him the new S.H.I.E.L.D. facility where Pym is testing new technology to grow him to just under sixty feet, the maximum height for a human.
