Ultimate Marvel Team-Up 4: Spider-Man and Iron Man Part 1 is the fourth issue of Ultimate Marvel Team-Up.
Summary[]
At his school, Peter Parker reads an essay about Anthony Stark, billionaire genius and superhero Iron Man to his classmates. A teacher tells the students Peter is going to the United Nations to represent their school. Stark meets with Golog from Latveria who wants to but his Iron Man technology, but Stark turns him down. James Rhodes comes to bring Stark to the United Nations, and Stark suddenly feels sick, Rhodes getting a doctor. At the Stark Expo, Peter goes to a demonstration of Iron Man armor, and sees Stark himself. A bunch of armored soldiers descend from helicopters and destroy the exhibit, but Stark puts on his Iron Man armor and flies up to meet the soldiers. They shock him and he falls to the ground, and Peter rushes to Stark who tells him to send for help.
