Ultimate Spider-Man 2 was the second Ultimate Spider-Man issue.
Summary[]
In February, Peter Parker talks about the new black-suited figure in New York with Richard Parker II and May Parker II, who is scared of him. After Mary Jane Parker notices Peter seems fitter, that night he continues to test out his power and webs. In a sauna, J Jonah Jameson and Ben Parker discuss the Green Goblin's attacks on Wilson Fisk and how the Daily Bugle will never report on it. He comes across the Shocker attempting a robbery and starts a conversation with him, and is baited into thinking he changed his mind with just a handshake and is electrocuted. Retreating back to his apartment, he wakes up May who learns Peter's secret and promises not to tell anyone. Fisk is visited by Henri Dugarry who warns him to keep his 'kingdom' intact and deal with the new vigilantes. Peter once again tracks down the Shocker, who manages to trick him once again and electrocute him, watched by the Green Goblin. Peter heads home, seeing a colorful spider-logo drawn up by May.
