Ultimate Spider-Man 21: Hunted is Ultimate Spider-Man's twenty-first issue.
Summary[]
Sergei Kravinoff challenges Peter Parker to a battle, but he refuses to save Judith, who announces Justin Hammer has died of a heart attack. Kravinoff attacks but is easily defeated, and Peter rescues Judith from the car. Peter gives a television interview where he tells everybody that great power comes with great responsibility. Kravinoff and his crew is arrested as Sharon Carter and James Woo arrive to take Otto Octavius. Ben Urich reports their activities and they are shown completely live. Peter arrives home to an angry May Parker who grounds him on Peter's refusal to tell her where he was. Peter turns on the television and finds praise for his actions. In a S.H.I.E.L.D. prison Octavius is put in a cell as Carter and Woo realize their mission was a complete failure. Octavius then realizes that he knows who Spider-Man is: Peter Parker.
