Ultimate X-Men 17: World Tour Part 2 is the seventeenth Ultimate X-Men issue.
Summary[]
The X-Men's Blackbird arrives on Muir Island in Scotland and are greeted by Moira MacTaggert, who explains that Muir Island is actually older than the X-Men, and that somebody is funding Xavier. MacTaggert explains that their son was very unstable, and started having fatal convulsions, and he sent his consciousness into a nurse and escaped. She then introduces Dai Thomas and Betsy Braddock of S.T.R.I.K.E., and Xavier suddenly speaks up for the first time, revealing David's in Aberdeen. In the rotting body of the sailor he is inhabiting, David shuffles into a Burger King, and starts to collapse as Xavier fills his mind. He explodes the ground under Xavier's wheelchair, throwing him in the air and killing everybody in the Burger King. James Howlett starts attacking David until David jumps into his body. The X-Men try and fight back, but David plays on their fears, showing Henry McCoy trapped in a cage with his school friends mocking him, and the Brotherhood of Mutants attacking Bobby Drake. Braddock lobs a physic grenade in his head, and David decides to send Howlett's body in front of a truck, and he switches to the driver before Howlett is run over. In St. Petersburg in Russia, Scott Summers and Jean Gray track down the missing Piotr Rasputin, who angrily tells him that he has left the team. At the scene of the resulting truck crash, Xavier tells a healing Howlett to ensure that David has left him, and Howlett tells Xavier that David hates him more than anything.
