Victor Creed or Sabretooth is a Weapon X agent.
Biography[]
Creed voluntarily joined Weapon X, as he believed that Mutants were trash. When James Howlett was captured, he grew jealous as Howlett had better powers.
When Howlett escapeed, he was sent to reclaim Howlett. Howlett was tracked to a New York subway station where he slashed Creed and escaped on a train. Failing to find him on the train he took, Creed confronted Howlett on top of a Times Square building. Ordering Howlett shot, Cree was tackled to the street below but managed to beat Howlett and started beating him. Spider-Man shot webbing in Creed's face and punched him, and Howlett began beating on Creed. Howlett and Spider-Man then left.
Creed and Cain Marko headed the strike force John Wraith sent to capture Howlett and the X-Men. Henry McCoy was subdued by Creed, and Weapon X took the X-Men back in their base. Creed functioned as the X-Men's captor, and had surgery to enhance his powers. After Howlett was found by Cerebro and captured, he dragged Howlett in the forest and burned the file on Howlett's past. He angrily began slashing at Howlett and accidentally broke Howlett's bonds. Creed still knocked Howlett out and started to drown him, but Howlett stabbed Creed and tackled him off a waterfall. Creed did not wake up from the fall before Howlett.
Abilities and Traits[]
Creed is the only Mutant that chose to be at Weapon X, believing Mutants to be the trash of the universe. He grew very resentful of Howlett, and gathered a vendetta against the Wolverine.
He has sharpened fingernails and a healing factor originally, but had surgery to have sharpened teeth and four retractable claws on each hand.
